Marmot Tours - A Case Study

A longterm client of GroundSwellDesign, Marmot Tours, has found that their business has dramatically increased since the launch of their new website over a year ago. Custom built to their specification the process of booking, invoicing and managing the logistical information of the individual holidays is now a much more efficient process.

The system is hosted on a secure server and enables staff in the French and UK offices to access the system, as well as the guides running the holidays whilst they are on the road in France, Spain, Corsica et al.

The system has had a dramatic effect on the day to day running of the business allowing Cathy and James to focus on the important stuff of providing the best possible activity holidays for their clients. The system will also allow their business to grow with their current resources, and will give the owners Cathy and James more time to enjoy their beautiful surroundings in the French Pyrenees.
